Ask about maintenance program agreements including; A maintenance plan for your site today, and negotiate a multi-point evaluation checklist report of your site. Showing equipment status, immediate concerns and actions required. 1st level training for CCTV, SYSTEMS and MAINTENANCE. You may not get 20yrs experience in one training session but we certainly can make over 20yrs experience available to you.

Having upgraded the Powerhouse Museum s CCTV system with 6 of Pelco DS8000 DVRs as well as 1 of DVR DS800 at The Observatory.  As well as adding other sites to IBM remote monitoring. TechQuality Looks forward to other  projects in the pipeline.

Having achieved a milestone stage of the Acceptance testing  for one of the largest if not the largest CCTV infrustructure CCTV system installed. 301 Railway stations with cameras from 2 to 122 per site spread through out the vast area with digital recording and remote retrieval and monitoring. The System is due for review and though the project  could easily have become a white elephant overshadowed by politics, contracts and deadlines. Now the next step  in the system is to ensure  it continue to be used properly trained personnel and kept in good working order by qualified personnel and upgrades commissioned to the systems maximum potential to ensure the investment worth it's every cent.

We at TQE  continue  quality service of our clients installations and maintenance as can be witnessed by meeting  audits of compliance per   The NSW Security act 1997 on 1st attempt ( Compliance certificate C I 323 )  and our strive of excellence such as Leny's  accomplishment of Risk management Certificate. Another proof to our commitment to Quality.
